Help Me Please!

Ok...heres how it goes....I have a pentium 200, and had windows 98 installed on it. I had set it up as a web server...a ventrilo server...and was also running mysql. worked perfect, but then, for some reason...I decided to install linux. After at trying at least 10 distros of linux, i successfully insalled red hat linux 6.1. Samba recoginized and instaled everything but my network card. It showed "eth0" and showed that it was using IRQ ? (forgot the number it was using) this was a relativly new network card that included linux drivers. Heres the thing. I dont know how to install/compile them! Please help!
