Help Me PLZ SOMEONE !!!!!!

    nero is not letting me burn some videos to vcd says "stream encoding is invalid" and "need mpeg1 which was encoded for video cd" or something, what do i do ? do i need to convert them to mpeg3 or something is there a program out there that can convert this stuff to a burnable format ???
