Help me with C256

Ok im completely new to messing around with cell phones. I want to learn! but i didint get very far. So far i just got p2kman to work, but no idea wht seems are... I thought i could just uplaod the midi files to the phone but they dont appear in the my tones section.. And i deleted some ringtones and when i tried going ot them on th cell phone it would restart, but luckyly i learned my lesson and i was able to delete the songs off my phone so no worries there. But can anyone help me on just putting my own ringtones and pictures?
