help me with my remote control from the box

can someone help me sort out my remote control off the box,it is getting stuck and when i get it going it keeps flashing thru the channels and wont stop,i have to keep pressing the previous channel until it stops,any idea where i can get another remote or how to fix this problem it is alsio happening with the epg,any help please thanks

 

no need to post twice you will need to go on fleabay and buy another

 

ok karljd i thought my first post didnt go thru as there was some sort of delay and i couldnt see it on the site,so you reckon just buy a new remote from flea bay is the answer and that mt set top box is ok sorry for the double pst as im new to this game and thanks

 

that or get a pin or something see if u can pull the button out a bit could be just stuck

 

or see if you can borrow a remote and then you will no if its the remote or box
