hi. erm you'll need to help us to help you (with some info) i assume you mean the Disney version. Gonna need to know your hardware, burner details, software you rip or encode Beauty & Beast with, software you burn with etc. I'm gonna assume you use Nero to burn with (only cus i'm more familiar with Nero's logfiles than other programs at the moment). The logfile is in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log or similar. The logfile is appended to by all burns, good and bad, so just copy/paste a section of log. Don't include your Nero serial number which begins with '1A21' or similar. Nero will detail your hard drives/burners/memory/operating system etc etc in the log. If you don't use Nero, find another way to let me/us know your setup/errors etc..
