I need help. It happens that on having burned an original dvd, it turns out that when I introduce the dvd in the drive of my computer, this one doesn’t admit that the put dvd exists or does not reads. I think that some descriptions that it has these dvd doesn’t allow him to read it for what I believe that he needs a software to be able to open these types of dvd. They might say to me if I am in the certain thing or not, and if it is like that might indicate me which software. Thank you.
Well, the first thing you need to do is change your signature. We only backup movies we own here at AD. Read the forums rules before posting. Second thing I need to know is, if the original movie is not playing or the backup you made? Next thing I need to know, is if the movie was copied on a DVD-5 or DVD-9? And last but not least, what steps did you take to make the backup, and what software are you using? With this information we can help you figure out the problem.
Thanks you to answer me, for the counsels or advices and for the questions. I don't answer to you because these questions helped me to find the solution to the problem. Again, thank you very much.
Well, unfortunately you probably won't get an answer if you don't bother to answer the second part of my question. Read my post above to the fullest and then answer so that I may assist you. Thank you!
Good, here have the answers: if the original movie is not playing or the backup you made? Not, the original movie is not even playing. Next thing I need to know, is if the movie was copied on a DVD-5 or DVD-9? It is copie on a DVD-5 And last but not least, what steps did you take to make the backup, and what software are you using? Well, I use the software Shrink 3.2 for the backup, and the software that use is the Nero 7 I hope that these answers it serves you to answer me. If you have another question to me you can do it. Thank you very much
Will other movies play in the drive? The reason I ask is to make sure it does not have to do with region code. Check your device manager to make sure you have the latest updates for your driver. You may have to search for an update. The next thing is to make sure your DVD drive is set to slave and the burner is set to master. since the original won't play it is either because of region code, the fact that it does not have the proper driver installed, or the settings are messed up between master and slave.
