bunny_c, don't do that again. english is not everybody's home language so people will have problems expressing their problem from their home language to english & that also includes people born in english speaking countries.
Hi, Try going to creative website and there you can download the software (make sure you have the model number and make of the webcam) for your cam. I had this issue awhile back and it worked for me.
