I've got some virus thing called a "dialer" and it keeps intifeering with my internet (It will disconnect it and try to connect itself). I have changed it so that it connects via bluetooth and I don't put in my blue tooth usb thing incase it tries to connect through someones phone or laptop or something.
I've scanned my pc, and deleted it but it keeps coming back. I've even went to network connections and deleted it, but it still comes back. By the way, I scanned the system using norten antivirus and acronus. Also, the name of it is "CoolWeb" and another called "ENTER"
Does anyone have any idea what to do? Is it possible it's backing itself up somehow or something to do with it hiding in system resotre?????

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall CoolWeb if there.

    Go here and download Ewdio.
    Install and update.
Restart your computer in safe mode(press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode" from menu).
Run a complete system scan with Ewido.
When it finishes, set all items to quarantine and click "Apply all actions".
    Then click "Save Report".
    Restart in normal mode.

Download HijackThis, extract the file to it's own folder. Run a scan and save a log. Post the Ewdio log and the HijackThis log.
