I have tried charging my dead battery all day in my phone but can not get past 16% charge and after leaving it alone for a period of time I will come back and it will be off and not let me turn it back on without removing the battery and placing it back in. could this possibly be a battery problem or something else?
It is likely to be a battery problem. But it could also be a problem with the charger itself. I recommend you get it checked out/tested by a technician.
I hooked it up last night to my PC to charge and it did charge. I let it charge for a bit and it got further and is now fully charged. bot my AC adapters did not charge it though..
Anyone have any ideas on how I can get Media Player 10 on my mpx220? Is it possible to just add the exe file directly to the phone as the update? thank you in advance.
