I have istalled the software 'mobile Phone tools verson 3.28' and have done all the steps correctly, however for some reason it does not detect my phone. I have the 'motorola v3 razr' and the cable 'SKN6371C'. I have looked both the software and the cable up on the internet and they say they are compatable with my phone, so why is it that my phone does not get detected when i try to operate the features on mobile phone tools software?? I really need to know how to fix this problem, i thought it could be the cable or the software but highly doubt it now. I don't think it's my computer because my computer recently had a virus but its all fixed now and refrehed so i had to install the software again, when my comouter had the virus (but i didnt realise it at the time) i installed the software for the first time and i had this same problem. I thought the problem would be resolved after my computer got fixed, yet it hasn't. Please could someone get back to me ASAP and tell me what i need to do!!!!? thanks, Hannah.
