I'm getting a late start to the whole MP3/downloading content thing and have hit a snag. I've got a radio show that I love (The Don & MIke Show out of DC. If you haven't heard it, you should) and they archive their past shows here:

    http://donandmikewebsite.com/mp3s/index.shtml

You can play them there but I can't figure out a way to save the shows so I can download them to my new MP3 player. Can anyone please help me on this one? You will have to dummy it down a little but I would really welcome the help. In trade, I hope I'm exposing you to a funny/dirty/great show in D&M.

Thanks in advance for your help.

It looks pretty straight forward to me. Just click on D & M Archives, then Audio Highlights. Then you get a list of all the past shows. Way to the right side you see a little arrow pointing down. When you click on that it should bring up a pop-up box asking if you would like to open it with Winamp(audio player) or download it. Just tick the download suggestion & save it to your harddrive. It's an mp3 file so you would add it to your mp3 player like you would any other mp3 file.
