What media are you using (brand and format) and media code would help and what speed are you burning at?
i am using imation dvd burning at max speed but have burned at lowest and stilli see the tiny gliches this has just started but do u think its the media ? i mean i bought a 100 pack on i am half way through and it started to do this whats ur best guess?
i'll chip in as i saw Imation.. - double 'Ugh' from me there.. see this link re Imation from my sig - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/232406
My guess is that if it is important to you than you will end up reburning all those disks. I guess you can gift them also to someone you don't like much. But seriously, read through the forums and go get some good stuff.
I'm with creaky. Imation falls into the same catagory as memorex and princo, total garbage. You might get by on some by burning at 2 or 2.4x but longivity will still more than likely not be good. Try some verbatim, taiyo yuden, sony, or maxell media and keep burn speed to 4x. Verbatim's are mostly made in taiwan but look for sony and maxell's made in japan. Sony's are usually good media regardless of where they are made but the chances are better if made in japan.
