   I have the Hp dvd840i and using nero to burn my music. My burner used to take 2-3minsto burn an audio cd now its taking like 30 minutes and i want to know how i boost back up the speed so it can run normally.

   Check & make sure your drive is in DMA mode - 'current transfer mode' should list DMA also.
