help my explorer.exe is knackered

every time i boot up my explorer.exe comes up with an error message .no icons or start menu just my wallpaper,i can use task manager to start new tasks media player ,burning .....any programs but explorer please can some computer guru help me coz im baffled

 

You need to reinstall your pc laptop or whatever.

 

Try Add and Remove programs. You will need the disc for OS to reinstall. You could try a Reg cleaner first.
