    Hi all... Please help me..

I bought a PSP 2006 on 30May. It was a new one - mod version 5.03. It was running fine until on thursday, while i was playing a game (from memory card) it hanged. So I hard reset the PSP by plugging out and put back the battery. After tat, the games in memory card can't be read anymore. Showing "There are no games". B4 the hard reset, able to read and play all the games in the memory card.

I had already tried formatting the memory card but still in vain. Please give yr suggestion! I guess something is wrong with the mod version as the game from UMD able to read and play but downloaded games from memory card is unreadable...

If you bought it recently, and if its not working, why not take it back to a sony shop? the warranty cant be void yet...

Sounds like a dodgy memory card.

Can you try a different memory card? Or try your memory card in another psp?

Was it a genuine memory card (too late to check now)or did you get it off e-bay? Pretty certain your psp is fine and the memory card is dodgy.

Hook up the PSP via USB and check to see if the \psp\game\ folder is still there if not then formatt the memory card and then place a ramdom text file in the "Game" folder. it doesnt matter what the text says just name it new.txt or something. Then place the ISO's back in the ISO folder and see if it works.
