Help! Need help with mounting/burning

Hey this is killing me, just downloaded madden 08 and i don't know what program to use to burn the files, i can't identify the files because every file is different, here is a list of the files:

Besides posting this in the wrong place, you're going to need WinRAR (http://rarlabs.com) to extract the contents of the files.
