hi can anyone shed any light what so ever on how these work, i plug in to usb and nothing happens its formatted etc and still nothing, help, or its going in the bin

tried the quick format and the full format and still nothing it is not reconizing the pc's so can't do much now it says. about the error xmenu. so really haven't got a clue its mysterious i need to know why it won't connect to the computer and how to put games on it and where to get the games from
