help needed ergently

hi my SV box has lost most channels i have done factory reset and am only finding 70 channels no movie channels or sports basicaly i only getting free veiw channels can any one help my dad has the super box in the living room i have the old starview 1 his is working fine i am running of a spliter please any help would be apretiated thanks

 

first remove it from the splitter,as this could be faulty,better still go to were your dad iis watching his and do what I
suggest below!!!

try this
Menu > factory setting
pin > 0000 ok to Delete
Turn off the b0x at the back for a min & turn back on
Disconnect from TV, put it in standby & flash it with the 2.57e-E
Connect to TV
Choose english > installation, select provider
autoscan > press ok
channels found
Exit
Menu > 1570
Turn emu on, Exit Exit Exit
