look me and my sis got two comp 10 mbit connection i think we use a router my upload speed is 82 KBS and my download speed 482 kbs but with my sis her upload speed is 2 kb and download 4 kb her internet is EXTREME SLOW we dont understand this also msn messenger is Extreme slow so does all things related to internet! it cant be the provider i think cuz my comp is working good shes got an intel pentium 3 597 mhz compaq 256 ram memory windows xp pro service pack 1 installed we have just reinstalled windows XP plz help somebody
