help needed to set up pvr box please

I have just got my thebox pvr and connected it to the tv the menu screen is up but the instruction booklet is useless can someone help me to get started please ?

Here goes
First don't forget to put the main cable supply input into the correct socket at the back (there are 6 in all) the 4 together are the important ones. Top right = Main cable in, top left = Tuner 1 loop cable out, Bottom right = Tuner 2 loop cable input. Bottom left = empty.
Now goto Menu/Installation, While 'Cable Network' is highlighted use the left/right arrow key on remote to select your Correct Supplier/Provider ie TW,N*L,Ex C&W etc, if you don't set your correct Provider you won't find many or even any Channels.
Now move down one to Auto Scan and wait until the scan has finished. Go to an encrytped channel and wait for it to clear (approx 1 min or more) If non clearing got Menu/System Setup, press OK to Parental Control then i(info button) then 2007,If you don't get into the 'CAS SYSTEM' menu then try a few more times till you get the i 2007 speed correct. When in Cas menu make sure Auto Update option is ON.

thanks i had the cable input in ant ( im used to eurovox) regards Richard

 

hi got the basic channels but when i go into parental controls for the others and press the round i button nothing happens regards richard
