HELP NEEDED WITH MODEM.......

    Hi there,

    I have just bought a modem off fleebay for virgin, now when i plug it into my internet connection it will not connect to the internet.

    Can anybody help me with this problem please.

    If it's a cable modem you will need to register it with the service provider.

    If it's a DSL modem you will need to make sure that it's the proper equipment for your carrier.

    Either way you haven't provided any sort of information that would allow anyone to help you.

    Plus you posted in the wrong forum.
