With your phone you would have got a CD with the Nokia PC Suite on it. Once you have installed the software, connect your phone to your PC with provided leads (found more reliable) then open up Nokia Nseries video manager, select the tools tab, setting then under the word content select the second tab along which is a picture of a file.

Now you need to select the root folder that your movie resides on your PC, then click ok.

Back on the main screen select edit, start scan, once scanned you should now see under My Collection your avi movie. Select your movie and then the file tab, convert and copy to device. This process will convert your movie to the required MP4 and may take a while to complete and at times will look as if nothing is happening, once it is complete you need to transfer it to you phone, you can do this by selecting the phone icon on the right hand side of the title of your movie, this will transfer the movie to your phone.

    Hope you understand this ;0)
