    Right so here goes....

I bought a new comp last week as my last comp is fooked and wouldnt switch on anymore not even going into safe mode. so with my new computer i have had a mate come round and fit my original harddrive into it as a slave (or something) as i didnt want to lose all my pics and music, i moved everything over then formatted it.... the second it finished i realised i forgot to move over all my photos!!! god damn idiot!!!

so my question to you kind folk is whats the best user friendly data recovery software. i tried data doctor but that didnt work then i had to download uruninstaller as it wouldnt uninstall. this is really wrecking my head as the main reason to put the harddrive in was to get all my pics back.

sorry if ive babbled on a bit
any help would be much appreciated

    Chris

i only did a quick format. my old harddrive was partitioned into 3 sections when bought so i just done a quick one on all of them. the only thing the data doctor found was a jpeg saying do not delete these files lol think that was in the recovery section of the harddrive...

A professional service should be able to recover it since it was only a quick format.

I really don't know. I heard though that Free Undelete is a good software.
