help needed with sound issue

    iam having probs with sound on youtube metacafe etc ( there is sound with my windows media player tho ),iam using windows 7 and firefox (also tried IE)i have uninstalled and reinstalled flash player etc ) , i have tried everywhere for a solution but no success , there seems to be a couple of solutions for xp but none for windows 7 , help please

    I had the same problem in the beta of windows 7. Amazingly it was one of 2 problems I had in the beta.

    Anyway, I just did a complete re-install of windows 7 and it fixed the problem. But i checked the volume control and updated to the latest drivers for my sound card, all of it was done before I re-installed.

    Guys, you are in the right place. I have problems with sony Acid on my friends Win7. What drivers you have? Try Intel, SoundMax, Realtek ... Reply/ PM me if works...
