help needed

would be grateful for any help with my eurovox max ..done a power scan on it and it hasnt worked since..when i switch it on it comes up with the numbers 0000....also it says channel not known..when i do a power scan it scans but, at the top there isnt a channel number..when the scan is finished nothing happens..or else i get a message saying no transponder..dont know whats happend.. i have also lost all my fav channels

 

Can you go to menu user installation and tell me what it says

 

there is nothing on it at all ...the bottom quality bar is filling up half red..no channels listed

Can you do a power scan on symbol rate 6887 dont no the frequencies for glasgow but start around 200 finish at 600 sorry for the delay putting twanes to bed

 

thanks..but its saying symbol reach out of range..or somthing like that

 

OK if you like you can try a factory reset go to config clear data factory default symbolrate 6887 ok when that finishes go to installation power scan mode normal start 200 stop 600 symbol rate 6887 press ok on step 8

got half my channels back done a scan on normal..would a full scan get the rest back

 

Just try doing new power scan from 100mhz to 800 mhz and we'll see what happens

Well done Karl @ Marie just upload a channel dump file from you box and you will have a back up of all your channels/frequencies.
