Hi, I am really sorry but I am still new into all this PAL/NCTS stuff. I was plannig on buying a PS3 today here in the US but later I will be moving to Brazil where I am sure they use PAL as there TV system thingie there... so... what problems will I encounter if i get a NCTS ps3 in the US? I have to get it here in the US, so, getting it in Brazil it is not an option. Isn't there a converter that I can buy that will be possible for me to use the NCTS ps3 with a PAL tv in brazil and all I have to do is make sure to buy NCTS games? ***cough*** i am aware of swap magic tricks for the ps2... but i know there isn't one yet for the ps3.***cough*** I thank you all for reading this and giving me some advice.
***edit*** sorry me again... as you can see i am not really good at this... i tried editing my first post but couldn't. i wanted to let you all know that i did read the other PAL NCTS threads here in this forum before i posted mine... but i still had quesions... i guess i forgot to explain that even though i will take the NCTS ps3 to brazil i will still ONLY BUY NCTS games... but i am confused if it would WORK with a PAL tv down there... you know.... show the game with color etc. thank you again.
hi,a simple answer for you is no ,a ntsc console will not look right on a pal only tv ,most tvs run both now ,pal,and ntsc,you would have to but a new tv reguardless, if it ia a pal only hope this helps
