HELP!!!! NO Anolog Video

Hi, i just bought a V-Stream Xpert DVD Maker, it is a analog/s-video capture card, i set it all up installed the drivers, installed the programs, and hooked up my camcorder to the card, everything is all set up, but it will not get the video, im not sure if it is getting the audio because it cancels as soon as is finds out that there is no video, does anybody have any suggestions??? once it worked for like half of a second, so i know that it is getting the video, its just something with my computer.....anyone know what could be goin wrong?? thanks for the help!
