Help - No Channels Found After Scan

    A friend of mine cancelled his cable subscription over 5 years ago, I tried a Starview USB (firmware ver 1.07) in his house but there was no channels found after scanning. I believe it is ex C&W area (London E3) and I did scan the others suppliers but still no channels found.
    Can anyone suggest any advice or solutions?

    i think the clue is in your post above

    if he dont have a live feed he wont get any channels

    Thanks for your reply, but I thought the feed would still be live as other friends still have live feeds after cancelling their subscripton over 2 years ago.

    plug the cable into the tv if you get the freeview channels it should be ok but more than likely it has been shut off outside
