Please help! I have NOKIA 7610 and when someone calls me from static phone it displays DATA CALL and it rings strange. For mobile calls it works fine. I don't know if is locked or not. Also, i don't know the first network it was locked to, because it was a gift from my friend and it was already used. So if someone know what the problem is, or how to find the primary network i would be very grateful. Thanks in advance!
is the number being dialed the same? if you are getting into the fone, it is either unlocked or you have found the network it is locked to.
Hi psxnut and thanks for your quick answer. I can get in to the phone, make and receive calls from mobile phone users, and also I can call land line (static) phone, BUT I can not receive phone calls from land line (static) phones. It rings, but rings different and it displays the caller ID, but also displays DATA CALL and when I try to answer nothing happens. Maybe is something wrong with some setting of the phone but I don't know which one. Thanks again!
sounds like a call diversion to data, maybe in your call diversion setting, go into call diversions and cancel all call diverts, if it doesn't work, call the service provider, you could try a different sim, if it still does it, its in your fone settings.
