Help (Noob) I have a Ds lite. Want to play roms etc. What do i need?

What are the eaxact things i need? Can anyone link the things i need and where to buy please?

i have a sd card already from my phone ;0). Do i need to buy a flashcard? So thats all i need to buy and then download firmware and games?

where can i get the flashcard? so the r4 doesnt come with a flashcard? the R4 plays backup ds games and roms?

 

all you need mate to play nds roms (games ) is a r4ds and a micro sd memory card , when i said flash card i meant the r4ds .

I have been offered an NDs 8Gb Fire Card.

Anyone used one of these and is the system of playing roms the same for all these cards?
