Try downloading ASPI Layer 4.6 and install, reboot and try again. If the write fails try different brand media. ASPI 4.6:http://www.burnatonce.com/index.htm?news
@vietsoul - sort out the ASPI as Shoey mentioned, then..... - EDIT OUT your serial number or it will be half way round the internet by now. - it might be worth investigating updating the firmware for your drive, as even the newer one here is dated 2yrs ago - http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/4569/Samsung-SW-224B-Firmware-v-R205 - *** make sure you've read up on what's involved first *** - that should be your problem - fix your DMA like this - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/DMA.html - CD's sound top quality, it could be that your firmware is old, hence moaning as it doesn't quite know how to write to discs correctly - get the DMA sorted and the firmware and you should be sorted
