Help on "couldn't find _ds_menu.sys"

    an anyone help me on my new DSi. I got my new R4i and when I put with or without the micro sd, I got the message "couldn't find _ds_menu.sys". I thought this R4i will work right away the moment I insert it and need no additional work. I'm new and not to good on computer, please help. By the way, I have version 1.4U on my Dsi.

    Need firmware to make it run - the site in my signature hosts them all, get the right one and it will run - the wrong one and it won't
