help on DDigital box

Hi,
I am using a ddigital box with NThell. I recently lost a load of channels. Does anyone know how to get them back. Thanks from a Dublin user

 

what one is you have?? do a factory reset themn rescanthe whole lot in again and that should be you

 

i have tried factory defaults and rescan but it did not work.
DDIGITAL Hardware ver 1.1.1 software ver D_DIGITAL v2.0

wont even come out of setup
any ideas please

I'm having similar problems with my box also on V*M

In my case all was working perfectly fine with all channels with signal strenght at a good 70% as well the siganl quality, now how ever suddenly I find in the morning the channels showing, the message that keeps coming up 'not running/scrambled'

I know why its doing this, as I check the system setting in order to do a scan (manual and auto) the signal is not there anymore, the signal strenght and quality struggles to get above 2%.

No thing has changed since the night before with all channles woring perfect but now I dont what to do in order to get the signal back up

I've tried factory reset, then rescan but rescanning fails because it can no longer find any channels even the free ones.

Any ideas? is a signal booster worth trying?
