Does anyone know where I can get support for my Go Video 1130? The DVD player has a rolling screen, no matter if it is playing DVD or if its on the System Menus. I am thinking it may need it firmware reloaded, but am unable to find a copy. The email on their website gets returned. (CustomerService@govideo.com) Any recommendations?
