Help on modding

What all do I need to mod my Xbox... I'm thinking of a Maxtor 120gb hd and Chameleon chip.. good? What all are the programs i need to do this?

 

You'll need an Evox or X2 bios to flash the chip with. After that the easiest way to set up a harddrive is using either the Team Xavier or Slayers Installer.
