If you double click on one of the rar files, you should get a window that shows what the rar files represent, usually either an AVI file or a BIN, CUE files. Just drag those AVI, CUE, or BIN files to your Desktop and they should be extraced. I assume you have WinRar or other archiving installed.

Have you tried going back to the original rar files and starting over? What happens when you go back to the original rar files. Is there any numbering like part01, part02 or 01, 02,....? Double click one of the files, what happens?

yeh the individual rar files are numbered 1-50. i extracted each file and numbred tha avi files (which awsnt numbered) but each avi starts at the beginning of the film (opening credits and everything)

I'm not sure what's going on there. Usually extracting one extracts the whole enchilada and you end up with the avi or bin/cue files.

Do you have WinRar installed or another archiver?

When you doubleclicked one of the original rar files, did you get another window that showed the top level files that were archived by WinRaR?

Usually clicking on the first file brings up a different window that shows you the whole movie as an avi file. Then you extract that and you've got what you want. I used to have problems extracting them one by one.
