I used PC Mighty Max to scan my computer and it told me to restart my computer, but when I restarted all the user accounts that were on my computer were in weird a font that looked like wingdins... not only that when I click on an account it says "Windows Activation" then has alots of text in wingdins... then it has "ok" as a button when you click on that it shutsdown the computer! and another wierd thing is, that my OS is Corporate edition... that doesn't even need to be activated.. it's corporate, thats a VERY weird thing.. anyway I really need help

Well I just repaired my XP installation and now only one of my account that I click on shows english... it has an error saying something about not being able to accuratly verify my Activation Code.......... The Error code is 0X80070002, hope that helps...

Is any one else having/had this problem?

My computer did the exact same thing after installing MM; that was on May 10th, and I'm still having issues. My System Restore didn't (still doesn't) work so I had to manually copy all the fonts from my son's computer and install them on mine just so I could READ what's going on. I have so many missing registry files and invalid paths in my Windows System it's enough to make you cry (I ran Spybot and it's amazing what's missing or invalid). Outlook doesn't work correctly, nor does Outlook Express (I'm missing my address book - imagine that!). Somehow I'm suppose to reinstall Outlook Express (that will be a real challenge) so that Outlook and Internet Explorer will work correctly. I had to reinstall my software for my scanner (what's next?). Opening up WORD for the first time was a thrill. My system couldn't find the Tahoma font (and I had alreay reinstalled it) so I had to "detect & repair" and download Office Updates. My disk defragger is missing. I get error messages closing Outlook. I don't even want to open Windows Media Player (it might kill me). If someone could recommend a good registry restorer or suggest how I can get my System Restore back without reformatting my 'C' drive, I'd be forever grateful!!!
