Hi I've been having issues with my computer (of course) I know I have Worm.win32.netsky but having issues getting rid of it. I don't know anything about computers .. unfortunately! I read some of the forums and was wondering if it would work if I followed the instructions or if it is just for that individual? I have downloaded CCleaner and Tracks Eraser Pro. Should I download hijackthis and combofix and then do the report?
I dont believe CCleaner will take care of your virus/malware problem. CCleaner cleans out all cookies and items that you may have deleted to restore the disc space. I don't mess with its registry but then again?
I think you should just download the HJT-program and send the log here. After that experts can say that you need ComboFix if it's needed.
