I can't figure out what the problem is...I'm using Dvd Shrink and i can update the firmware for my disc drive. Can somebody please help

 

Try updating your firmware from here, http://lgodd.lge.com/fwdrv/DVD-WRITER/GSAH10L_LL11.exe and slow your burn to 4X

 

how do i update it though. I did already and this black box popped up on my screen for a split second. I think it was the CMD box..not sure. Please help. I just ran as....and it gives me an error message saying that "A temporary file needed for initialization could not be created or could be written to. Make sure that the directory path exists, and disk space is available."....i have plenty of disk space though.

 

To be honest, this is NOT my strong point, hopefully someone will come along and help, Cheers.
