Please can sombody help me. I have a 6230, and had a contract with t-mobile would like to put another chip in it. but it wont let me.

the imei number is 355008004622068.

PRESS THE # THEN BOTTOM OF THE KEY PAD IS A STAR (UNDER NUMBER 7 ON MY PHONE) PRESS THIS IT WILL BRING UP THE THE P & W YOU NEED THEN ENTER THE CODE IT SOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE RESTRICTIONS REMOVED BUT REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE SIM CARD FIRST AND ALSO YOU ONLY GET 5 GOES THEN THE ONLY WAY IS A CABLE,NOBBZEE

ok another problem its working with a old fresh moblie chip but not with a o2 chip!!!!

 

on genarater it says you must remove sim then punch in code wait for restriction removed then put new sim in of your choice but if this does not work then you could try a master reset but r u tryin to open it up to all networks
