HELP PLEASE! URGENT!

    Ok. today i bought a 50pack DVD-R 4.7 GB / 120 min 1-8x speed. the company name i think is C2 Tech. i tried to burn a movie but my cd drive doesnt not read anything, it telling me to insert a disc when a DVD-r is already inside. this happens to my sisters computer also and she has a dvd burner. HELP ME PLEASE this is urgent!

    Take them back - only buy quality stuff like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim
    Buying instore look for Vernatim or Fiji,Sony or Maxell (made in Japan only for the last 3).
    Make sure your firmware is up to date - though with unknown/no name media even firmware updates won't make it any better.
