help please with error message

    Hiiiiii
    after getting the viao lap top so called fixed
    it came back with the
    runtime error 2147217388 80041014 automation error
    as soon as you turn it on.
    The guy who fixed it has dissapeared
    not that I can understand him anyway or a pc

    Help please

    Take it to a reputable repair shop to get fixed.
