Help please with muy Nokia d-box

    hello guys n gals....got a Nokia d-box and last night most of the channels went off. after starting at number 1 and flicking through i have found only the channels that you would get on a freeview available.
    three scans later and still the same. when i reboot it says Sportster.
    Do i have to connect this to my computer and download something or is it just a matter of changing some codes? any help would be appreciated. I live in Gateshead Tyne and Wear if you need that info too.
