help please with my wifi

    i have a wifi max my comps requriements are right but i cant get it 1 work this picture show what comes up can any one please help me

    also when i plug the dongle in it comes up with the found new hardware but when its searching it finds nothing
    and
    when i click on the zd thing it does not open

    i heard there was something you can download to make it work but i cant find it
