    Hi

I'dlike to download a real media file frome a radio with streambox. I have taken the adress with URL snooper, then copy it into streambox, ok..

I've set the RSTP protocol in the download properties, but Streambox seems to be unable to connect! : "Error received from RTSP server"

Does anyone can help me ? Maybe I have to open a port or smthing ?

    The file :
    rtsp://a1977.v107961122279073.c10796.g.vr.akamaistream.net:554/ondemand/7/1977/10796/1122279073/francecult.download.akamai.com/10796/france_culture/thema_archives/thema_archives20050725.rm

    I am using streambox 1.0 beta 3.1

Any advice will be very welcome !

The stream URL needs to have both lower case and upper case.

If you are using Project URL Snooper 2 to get the stream URL this can be a problem.
The 2.03.XX versions of Project URL Snooper had a problem in that it converted all URL's in the links area to lower case.

As explained at the above link you can copy the URL from the lower packet data area in the 2.03.XX versions to copy
the URL case correctly, or you can download the newer 2.04.01 version where this is fixed, if you make a donation.

    Also note:
If you paste the URL into StreamBox VCR it may remember that you previously entered the same URL in lower case and you
may have to click the Reset button in the New Item window to make it use the new URL with upper case.
