I am trying to burn movies but while they are encoding with DVD Shrink my computer keeps shutting off and restarting. I have the error: STOP OxOOOOOOEA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078). Could someone please help me with this.

That is a graphics card error. Try upgrading your graphics card drivers. That should solve the problem.

One questions regarding this issue, why is it that whenever I started using DVD Clone the computer did not shut off, but with DVD Shrink it did? DVD Clone is working so great I don't know if I want to go back to using DVD Shrink. I went into my computer and the device manager and updated the drive for NVIDIA (and something else went with it). Should I try using DVD Shrink again to make sure that it works, or is there another way for me to test and make sure that the problem is taken care of?

I've never used DVD Clone, I use CloneDVD2.
But Shrink has the standard option to display the film as it is encoded, maybe it is this on your graphic adaptor that is causing the problem, try ir again with this option turned off, and see if the problem is resolved.

Thanks, I will try to take the preview off while it is encoding. I meant to have said CloneDVD2.
