HELP PLEASE!!!

    I have been using DVD Shrink and Any DVD for a couple of months now and here recently my ANY DVD is telling me that my DVD burner is disabled and I have tried any thing to enable it. And after I do the DVD Shrink I cant get it to burn the disc. Ive disabled Nero and still nothing. Is there anything anyone can suggest for me to try. Considering I paid for the ANY DVD.
