I recently bought a new 32 in Olevia LCD Tv and for 3 weeks it worked perfectly. Then all of a sudden, out of no where it stopped working. I can turn on the tv and it lights up OLEVIA in big letters, but instead of proceeding onto the channels it stays on that screen and will not change. PLEASE HELP!!! Remote will not work so I cannot get to menu etc!
