help please

i had download some softwares, but they are in iso file, now how can i install it in my computer and also transfer in to my laptop? please help, thanks

 

Burn the ISO to a cd using IMGBurn. Then put cd in your cd or dvd drive, and install the program.

 

use daemon tools or Alcohol 120% to import the iso as a vitual cd drive, and you can use it .
