Not sure if this is the correct forum for this to be in so let me know if there is one more suitable for my question.
My computer (thru explorer), windows media player & nero all are not seeing the song titles on my cd's. It just shows track 01, track 02, etc. Even purchased cd's that have previously shown the titles no longer show them. I've made sure the "captions, show if available" box is checked in media player. The windows media player also does not detect a DVD (movie) disk when it is inserted. The player comes up but says there is no disk in the drive. I know the video part of this belongs in another forum topic but I think the problem is related. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

WMP will have to be able to look up the song titles from an online database. So the computer will have to be connected to the internet. These on line databases do not work on all cd's but they do work on most.MP3 cd's do have the song titles attached by tags.
